    Think it depends on how much you and your wife are earning and how they split the monthly bills/cost of living between you to determine your 'free' monthly income, this could look like they are taking some/all of your wifes available income. They will look for 50% of any equity in the house after 4 years, i was initially advised 75% of your share to the equity but was recently advised they now demand 100% of your share. Also I think they want 50% of any bonuses/overtime you earn. On top of this should your income rise by 3k or more then they will be back for that as well ( below this amount isn't really worth their effort).
    Dispite all this I still think the IVA is our best way forward - I must really be in a mess !!!!.
