Just bought an 18ct gold princess cut diamond ring (0.5 carats) for £249.99 reduced from £499.99.

I do not know how long this deal is on as I spotted it on the internet and it is not advertised in store or in any of the sale brochures.

The item number is 204/5441, but it can't be purchased on the net and you can't reserve it for store pick up, so you will need to pop into the store. To save on a wasted journey though, contact customer services 0870 600 2020 to find out which store nearest to you has it in the size you require.

I think this is a bit of a bargain. On checking the net for a similar ring, the prices ranged from £600.00 to over £1,000.00. Also Argos are still selling the 9ct equivalent to this ring for £399.99, item 230/3437.

Certainly, it would make a lovely xmas present for someone special.
