Im going bankrupt and need advice

Hello i am going bankrupt and need advice. I owe 50k all unsecured. I am moving out of my rented accomodation this week. I suppose i would have to move in with my parents. Whos address do i use? Parents might not be to impresed I suppose. Because I will not be paying bills etc and I am working does that mean they will take lots of money off me. I want to live with my girlfriend soon who has her own house, how will this effect her??? Some of the creditors are not chasing me. I spoke to one today who said that the debt is a bad debt and got registered as this in 2006 and they wouldnt be chasing me? Is this true. I dont want to go bankrupt if some are going to chase me. Please help as i cannot sleep. I failed an IVA in 2006 and like I said a lot are not chasing me but a couple are. Whats the best way forward???

The address you currently live at (so yes be parents) Parents might not be to impresed I suppose. Bankruptcy is an individual thing NOT linked to to an address Because I will not be paying bills etc and I am working does that mean they will take lots of money off me. Depends if after all your living allowances have been paid you have a surplus ammount of cash left over £99 then the official receiver will take a percentage I want to live with my girlfriend soon who has her own house, how will this effect her??? As long as you have NO financial links to her should be fine Some of the creditors are not chasing me. They are very very busy as you can imagine....I rang national debtline for a freind the other day & ended up trying for nearly 40mins before I got through....do keep trying

have you tried cccs online debt remedy? (they'll give you a ref number when completed you can use when you get through)
