bankruptcy forms stuck on question?

hello back again don't know what i would do without this site!!
am filling out bankruptcy forms and on question with unsecured creditors is asking dat incurred and what was debt for? any advice on what to put as i can't remember exactly what I bought now as used cards for multiple things:mad: if anyone can give me an idea of what they put would help grately

I don't think you need to be overly specific to the point of detailing your weekly shop at Tesco, just state if it was used for general spending, or a balance transfer, or online gambling, or porno subscription services. Or all four if that's your scene.

cheers for that am just being a bit dense today too much paper in these packs
wasn't sure if they just ment to put down that debt was credit card/storecard etc

You put the date you took out the card or loan, and it if was for nothing specific just put 'general living expenses'

next is on outgoings do i include all of these on my form and then repeat on OH br forms as we are both going br at same time or do I slit them 50/50 on each forms not sure as previous question asks for all household income???
as well as coping with br forms just had a letter from sons school-they have an outbreak of worms:eek: and are advising are parents/siblings that they will need to be treated before child can go back to school!!!

You need to include the whole household bills on each form, plus you own individual expenses on your own forms.
