Help with fees

I'm currently self employed with a very low income, claiming housing benefit.
I'm struggling to get the court fee together to go bankrupt and wondered if there was any sort of help out there?
I know there's a chance of £150 odd being waved due to my low income but I really need help with the rest as I can't do anything till I've got the cash together which is almost impossible.
Anyone offer any solutions?
