Yep. When peeps ask me how much I'm worth, I always quote the net figure, which I think is realistic as I've written down the value of my house (mortgage free) by 15%. Quite a few don't understand the significance.0 -

Seems to me the Sandbanks was a wannabe Dubai. A neighborhood exclusively for new money characters - con men, footballers or slebs. Who would want to live there anyway? Why would anyone pay a million quid for a chilly beach in Poole !!!!!!?
