Did not plan to make my first post a "I can do better" job, but I can. And as I have a shed load (well, sadly not that much) amount of freebies thanks to Martin Lewis! :money: I thought I would contribute.
Try www.magic.gov.uk
It stands for the Multi-Agency-Goverment something or other. Not only does it have great (black and white) mapping up to 1:10k, but you can also load up areas of interests (like national parks) and also measures distances, areas and all sorts with the onscreen tools. Free and relatively easy to use - many consultencies use this for professional work.
So if you need good OS mapping, give it a go!
(and of course, loading Google Earth is an absolutely fab tool with road maps loadable)
All of course, no membership required!
Hope its of use to someone............... Have you ever wondered what
