almost laughable, the public voted and got laws through or blocked, but lets see if they will take it in the !!!! now it seems to have backfired.
the state is on the verge of bankruptsy workers will be paid with an IOU, and the unions want to block a 1.5 billion cut back initiative.
personly i would rather just work 3 days for an IOU than 5
you just couldnt make this stuff up.
