Good price. We bought one of these at Christmas for £95 and got £12 worth of coffee from the Gaggia concession at Whittards. However ours was a recon (actually ex display and only used couple of times).
Would have definitely bought it new if we could so it's a good offer.
It is a lot more complicated to use than the capsule type machines but you can use any coffee and real milk so cheaper that way plus it looks super cool!0 -
I actually bought this one.

And it's even better looking in the flesh, the Gaggia was my 2nd choice, my sister has one it's very good and at £95.99 it's the best price I've ever seen it.AKA: PC

Can't see this onsite and a search for gaggia doesn't return a "Cubika" model.0

If there's one thing I can't stand it's people that post negatively (and sometimes spitefully) in response to bargain spotters.
But having said that........
The Cubika is Gaggia's entry level machine, and while it looks nice it's performance is not great.
It's boiler is half the power of the other Gaggia machines, so often you'll run out of steam when trying to froth the milk.
Also the "portafilter" is made out of cheap alloy instead of chrome plated brass like the others, so it doesn't retain heat well.
I bought one as a step up from a cheapo Morphy Richards steam-pressure machine (no pump, so the coffee is "burnt" as it's forced through by the steam). Worked great for 6 months, then all the buttons broke!
Turned out it was a design fault and Gaggia UK replaced them all under warranty with no fuss - they are a good outfit - they also have a great online shop selling reconditioned machines.

Just be careful if buying a Cubika second hand though - it could have unresolved button issues.
Once I got it back everything was ok, but I was growing more and more annoyed at how hard it was to steam the milk, so I started Googling and found out that the Cubika had "shortcomings".
Eventually I upgraded to a Gaggia Classic, which is I suppose a "full spec" machine, and it's a lot easier to make a decent tasting (and more importantly very hot) cup of cappuccino. They are more like £160, but IMO worth the extra. I'd pass on the Cubika, sorry to say.
Apologies if I sound like a coffee geek, but I don't think it's possible to buy a Gaggia and not become one to a certain extent!

I trust you are refering to yourself, and not me. I did the 3 mile walk to go see the thing today. Well the empty shelf
