Hi I have passed the online test and the phone interview and now have to go for a 3 hour assesment at their call centre with role play:eek:
Has anyone been to LLoyds for one of these interviews and can give me some pointers

As a professional roleplayer, I would suggest the most important things to do in the roleplay bit of your assessment are be yourself, be open minded, listen, explore the situation, ask open questions and be prepared to change any initial judgements you may have made. And, if you can, relax! Good luck.0
