Bank Ruptcy Application

Can my partner and I go BR together or do we have to fill out separate forms.

We have a joint mortgage together with NR who have basically forced us down this road but we have our own debts also with other creditors.

I notice the form does ask about Joint ownership on property which is why i ask the question.

We are both having to go bank rupt.

No such thing as a joint bankruptcy i'm afraid.....forms needed for each of you & 2 lots of bankruptcy fees as well (nearly £500 each)

Thank you. I was not so sure.

I have raised the money for my BR however my partner has now been made redundant so I am not sure what happens now as we never anticipated his redundancy. Currently not paying mortgage also in order to gain some cash behind us to rent a flat etc.
