I also picked up some fantastic bargains yesterday. Lots of body lotions (St Tropez, CaliforniaTan, Hawaiian Tropic, Lancome etc). Also condoms, tampons, make up brushes, mini-fans, light bulbs, fake nails, fake eye lashes etc. I also managed to get curling tongs and a electric table fan for 10p each.

But my biggest bargain was a full size 2000w vacuum cleaner for 10p!!!!!!! And luckily my Mum also managed to get one. We just happened to be there when they were putting more stock out and I jokingly asked if the vacuum cleaners were 10p. I couldn't believe it when she said yes. However everything (of value) was snatched up within minutes. This was in Horsham and I don't think they are putting any thing else out.
    Happy hunting to everyone. :j

  • Lol - In regards to the Durex Play wand thing, hilarious - my Fiance just looked at me as if I was mad when I showed him it last night lol. Needless to say, it's still in it's box hahaha!

I'm glad more people got bargains too though. Just been told some more has been put out in the Princes Street store so going along at 12pm for a nose!

I was telling my Mum about my goodies last night and she was shocked at how much I got. Needless to say, I left out the Durex Wand lol. Don't think she'd want to know about that somehow!

Went to Superdrug in Kingston - got a few pairs of kids sunglasses for 10p each (normal price ranged between 5.99-9.99) great for my son as he gets really bad hay fever and keeps losing his sunglasses, so will save me a fortune this summer!

    Not much else there though.

Today in Tamworth the whole clearance section has gone to make way for easter eggs. On theshelves though managed to pick up Sally Hansen fast dry spray for drying off nail varnish quicker at 10p a tin and i picked up Mens Gilette Fusion gift sets (razor, gel and balm), the SEL was £1.99 and scanned through at 10p so i swiped the last 5 on the shelf to finish of birthday pressies for the year.

They didn't have a lot in Reading, but I did get 1 sachet of Tea tree cleanser (little sachets so handy for travelling) and some little packs of mini-emery boards

Stockton on Tees branch had wire baskets down the centre of the store with 99p, 49p and 10p stuff but there were no bargains to be had. Most of the 10p stuff was sticky where bottles had leaked among it and it was mostly Atomic Kitten jewellery, plastic earrings and tatty Xmas decorations.
  • Most of what was left in the sale went down to 10p on Monday. By now all the good stuff will have gone and its mostly tat left. However, you never know what the stores with huge warehouses may find on the off chance hidden in a corner somewhere. But if you're gonna do it I suggest going when the store opens in the morning. If you go later it'll be gone by then.
