That's not a bad price. I bought the Advent ones from PC world a couple of weeks ago for £39.13 cause the wireless in my house is garbage. Just actually plugged them in to use them tonight and they work. Don't know about these but the ones that I bought were so easy to use. Just plug and go it was that easy.

Yes, these "ethernet over mains" plug-in adaptors do work very well - I've just installed three Comtrend 200 Mbps units (I say "installed" - you only have to plug them in and hold a button down on each for a few seconds and they automatically configure themselves into a secure network).

The Ebuyer price doesn't look bad, but you can pick up a pair of the higher spec 200 Mbps ones off Ebay for similar money - there seem to be a glut of them at the moment as they are bundled with BT Vision boxes, and we all know what a big success they turned out to be!

Just search for "Comtrend" and you'll see what I mean!

I got some of these Comtrend ones from Ebay too around August last year. They stream my media without problems. Can't link to Ebay but Dabs sell the same ones for £79 plus "Supports speeds of up to 200Mbps" http://www.dabs.com/ProductView.aspx?Quicklinx=4Z2J&CategorySelectedId=11005&PageMode=1&NavigationKey=11005&InMerch=1
This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!
