when do u need 2 remortage?

we need to find a new mortgage in june as our one we have now will go up.
We are with advantage and we got 90k but put 4k of it down as a deposit. We've been paying £551 a month.
also can anyone help me work out how much we need to remortgage?
im goin to do some quotes on some of the sites.

You will probaly find you are in negative equity at the moment
