br help on lease car

hello i am in the process of filing in my forms,and hope to go to court next week, i have a question i lease a car through my work on a private lease and average 350 miles a month in business miles is it possible that they can ask me to give it back? the money is taken at source by my employer?? all help gratefully received.

Hi,
We had lease car through hubby's work.The OR showed no interest as it was not ours,however hubby's company didn't want the risk of the OR taking it and asked us to return it.
