Getting married in Fiji

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone can help me.

Me and my OH are planning to get married in Fiji around October time. Hoping to get a round the world ticket and stop off along the way. This means we can get married and have the holiday of a lifetime for far less money than if we were to get married at home.

Has anyone ever got married in Fiji before? Can anyone recommend a good location? I know the process involved but just wondered what to do about a photographer and a bouquet etc.

Many thanks!!!

have you thought of googling for a wedding planner in Fiji? Someone local is more likely to be able to deal with the legalities as well as recommend a photographer and florist.

Have you checked with our foreign office to see if a marriage in Fiji is recognised in the UK? https://www.fco.gov.uk
