Im gonna be in trouble!!! Advice Please

Ok Iv been living in Northern Ireland and been working in the South of Ireland but have been commuting each day to work. For the past year I havent been paying taxes to the North and as Im aware I should be making tax contributions. Can anyone advise me on what i should do, I understand I am going to be billed for the outstanding contributions and Iv a feeling its gonna be quite a lot.

My salary per year is 15,000

Many thanks

Kyle

Yeah Iv been paying the southern tax rate but because its a lower tax rate than in the north I should be contributing the difference. I have been talking with another guy in the same position as me and he has to pay £2500 for the yeah.

You need to declare foreign income as you are resident in the UK and will be given credit for the tax paid in the South.

There are HMRC enquiry centres in Newry, Enniskillen, Stoke city, Ballymena, Coleraine, Antrim, Lisburn, Craigavon, Banbridge and Belfast. The staff there, especially those in the border offices, are well used to people with your circumstances.
