Afternoon all,
More questions i'm afraid
If me and OH dont get an IPA, and are discharged within 12 months, can you still get an IPA if your income goes up after this?
How long after discharge does the OR look into your affairs?
If you get a one off bonus from work (approx £300) does this all get taken, just a % or none?
Sorry for more questions OR interview one week today so hopefully the end is in sight!

HaHa.... sorry oggly but you are asking all my OR questions - here are the answers.....
Discharge signifies that the OR has finished looking into your affairs. Finito!
He/She doesn't look into your affairs after discharge.
The bonus thing - other "wise" posters have said that if it is a one off, fairly small amount (£300 is) just keep quiet.
I have got nearly 3 weeks to go .............. groan!

Thanks guys,
I know they are fairly obvious questions but these things just pop into your head in the middle of the night!
SA - I think waiting for the OR call is worse than court or anything, afterall its your life in their hands. Hope mine has had a good day and not just got a parking fine or something!
It will all be done soon and then we can .......... Start again!0 -

Agreed, and then you just can't get back to sleep, worrying about it.
My concern now is just who the "member of staff" from the OR office is going to be that interviews me ....... I just hope it is not a trainee cutting their teeth, or sharpening them................

Sorry to ask this again but still not totally clear - If discharged, IPA in place for the 36 months if you are made redundant do you tell OR. Appreciate they will snaffle redundancy payout while not discharged but can they get it if you are discharged and merrily paying off IPA0
