Chasing up wins?

Just wondered how long you would leave it before chasing up a win. Last month I recieved £100 spa voucher and the prize also included some Flash cleaning products. The Flash has never arrived - do you think it is worth chasing it up?

I had an email on the 15th to say my prize would be sent within 7 days, I emailed yesterday (26th) and the gentleman was very grateful as the prize was being sent by an outside agency and he wasn't aware that they hadn't done it.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Last month i received £100 and a letter to say that i would also be sent a Box full of Flash stuff later. I still haven't received the Flash stuff and i was going to chase next month as it approached the 2 month time from notification (considering Christmas, i think this is about right). Normaly i would give it 5-6 weeks.
I also know a few others who are still waiting for Flash stuff.Thoughts:

its worth chasing as often its not the site running the comp that is sending them out.
