Hi all,
I'm not sure if i'm posing in right forum or not, so apologies if i'm not.
My partner has received 3 court claim form's this morning for 3 store card accounts, i've rang the solicitors and they said they received payment from payplan today, so the amount outstanding on my forms is wrong now.
Where do i stand? is he going to get a ccj? as we cancelled our debt plan in nov and dec as we we're going to go bankrupt, but changed our minds, So i started DMP back up with payplan and today we get these letters. I;ve asked for orginal Credit agreements, and they said they will send but takes a week.
If anyone can help i;d appreciate it...i'm panicking
thanks

I'm filling them out now, with an offer, even though it is in the dmp.
