Free SIVltd Activity Voucher

• Customers can only participate by signing up online using one of our new sport and leisure websites.
• The customer must register their activity each time they visit by giving their name and date of birth to the receptionist or swiping their SIV car at the reception point.
• If the activity isn’t registered against their MRM account it doesn’t qualify.
• If the customer participates in any activity at Sheffield International Venues at least 4 times between January and February 2009 they qualify for a 50% discount on their next activity session. The discount only applies to non coached and non course activities.
• If the customer participates in any activity at Sheffield International Venues at least 6 times ibetween January and February 2009 they qualify for one free activity voucher.
• The activity voucher admits the named customer to one free session at one of Sheffield International Venues sport and leisure venues.
• The management reserve the right to withdraw this offer.
• Offer Applies to new Fitness Unlimited members who join in January or February who will be entitled to redeem their free activity voucher against a non Fitness Unlimited activity.
• The Free Activity Voucher can be used by the participating customer only.
• The Free Activity Voucher must be redeemed between 1st and 31st March 2009.
• Only 250 FREE ACTIVITY VOUCHERS per type of activity available. First come, first served.
• This promotion runs from January 9th 2009 to February 28 2009.

FREE Prize Draw Tickets

• No purchase or participation is necessary; sign up online on the promises campaign page to be entered into the free prize draw. All customers who register will be entered into the prize draw regardless of whether they keep their promise or not.
• These tickets are non transferable.
