tell your friend that once he has got & transferred his balance to the 0% card, cancel the card from which he trasnferred (same reason - less available credit) and NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER make a purchase using the 0% card........'cos if he does he will pay off the balance at 0% first and the purchases will sit there attracting interest at a higher rate than 5.9%!!!!2014 Target;
