endowment missell but already cashed in?

silly question probably but - If someone was missold an endowment but has already cashed it in would they be able to claim?

Yes but only up to the point it was used in conjunction with the mortgage. If this was before 2001 (ie prior to stockmarket crash), then a shortfall is unlikely to have existed at that point and compensation would be unlikely.
