Nationwide BMR

I know Nationwide allow monthly over payments of up to £500 without charge on their mortgages but what about when the benefit period is up and I fall onto their BMR. I ask as I bought 2007 Q3 with a large deposit (circa 20%) which has now been swallowed up and looking at the terms of the mortgage, there doesn't appear to be a limit whilst on the SVR for overpaying, is this correct? as I would plan on overpaying by more than £500 if possible. Many Thanks.

Hi uiop
If you are out of the term of your deal and with Nationwide on their variable rate (BMR) then you can pay any amount off you wish (if you pay it all off then there is a small admin fee) without penalty.
You can check by calling nationwide 0800 30 20 10Its nice to be nice, so remember to click the thanks button - :beer:0 -
