4 NSDs for me so far, won't be having one today though as going out for lunch, only to the cafe with a few of the girls from work so low spend day

Not sure whether today will be one or not. Have had a particularly rubbish morning, and have resisted the lure of the shops! Colleague gave me a "harmony" tea bag to keep me calm!!0 -
