    Sorry about my last post but I did a big one and lost it. It was along the lines of, soon you will look at yourself in the mirror niked (yeah baby) and go 'Hey I AM losing weight and looking good" and THIS will spur you on, you can ditch the CD diet and manage the weight from there x
