Although I thank the OP, I'd also like to thank Freeman's.

They've behaved excellently, haven't they? Unlike some other sites, they haven't let their Customer Services be rude to us (Empire for example?), they haven't ignored our orders and left us in the dark (does Boots ring a bell?), nor have they just said "sold out" like Dell's latest excuse.

I know it's not newsworthy, but nothing has gone wrong on this transaction really, has it?

Does anyone know how I obtain an account number? Without an acconut number I can't place an order.

Once regiestered, it then asks me to log in. Yet in order to login I need an account number. Nothing has been sent to the email address I registered with and I registered twice.

Well I registered again because it is meant for first timers but they appear to have used my old account, but still sent the hifi out.

I don't think you have to log in to order - just stick something in your basket, checkout and follow the instructions?

Also - I'm worried they are probably going to credit search me now, I've got 5 in the last 6 months !! doh, not looking too good eh!
