If that happens we can just build some big boats and send the chavs to Australia! Double whammy - boost the economy by creating jobs in shipbuilding and lose the chavs!
(Sorry Generali - no offence intended
)
You should see the big fat tattood arms on the dartplayers out there who go the clubs to booze out of tinnies, and scoff meat pies. And that's just the women!!:eek:
Their idea of entertainment is getting pizzed on the beach on Tooheys, eating burnt sausages made with 90% breadcrumbs, and then going off to the clubs to play the machines.
They'll stuff every cent they have into a machine - there's nothing else for them to do!:rotfl:0 -

Didn't we do that a couple of hundred years ago, and look where that got us. Now we have to accumulate enough points to be allowed to live there.
My grandfather, Sydney Harbour-Bridge, would be turning in his grave:D
Oh they're taking in the dregs again now!
They're crying out for people! Don't you read the News?0 -
Oh what a lovely thread......We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Someone mentioned pickledpink and I couldn't remember what type of stuff she posted, so I searched and found this thread. I remember now.
But forget that and look at the first post. It looks as though Davina McCall may have predicted the bottom of the housing market to within a few weeks. There's people posting links by Roubini, The Economist, Robert Peston and Peter Schiff and yet it may turn out to be a crow-faced, irritating, non-entity with bad tattoos who caught the market just right. Before you know it we'll have Fearne Cotton advising on the best time to short US equities. And then Holly Willoughby making a confident assessment that now may finally be the time to start investing a small percentage of your portflio in Japanese Corporate Bonds due to attractive yields.
As an aside, I like Charlie Brooker's description of Davina McCall: "It's like her brain's been spooned out and replaced by a rotating glitter-ball."0 -
I'd like to take a closer look at cheryl cole's assets."The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -
