Hi LittlePinkStars and happy birthday

I am nowhere near as good at this as other people are but I will stick my 2p's worth in anyway (put it towards one of the storecards :rotfl: )
Clothes: Do a wardrobe clearout - you will be amazed at the perfectly good stuff you have stashed away - try playing about with combinations - I have double the amount of outfits I have by doing this!
Makeup: Try to make do for a while - I know it's hard! I love posh makeup. Superdrug do a good range of cheapish stuff if you are desperate or try eBay - not as scutty as it sounds I only ever buy stuff that is brand new and get some real good deals, Urban Decay eyeliner for 1.99! Bargain!
You do need to find a little bit extra to start hitting those storecards - paying them off at the minimum will mean you will probably end up paying for those clothes long after you have even stopped wearing them. Do a snowball, but personally I would find an extra 10 even 20 a month to chuck at the New Look card to pay it off in a couple of months, then put that 20/30 towards the additions card as that is a HUGE interest rate. Its brilliant how the snowball thing does add up, doing that would take you payment towards the Additions debt from £15 to at least £35 a month.
OH and do cut up your storecards no good can come of them! I found that I kept mine after paying them off a few years ago, them there was a 20% cardholder event. Great... except I bought an outfit for a wedding, realised I couldn't pay the whole lot off in one go, and have now ended up paying more because of the interest than I would if I'd have paid cash in the first place!
Best of luck xxThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...
