    A failed business venture. Cut your losses and get out.
  • i realise this is a failed business venture and would love to get out. however due to the stagnant property market i doubt id be able to sell it.

    it may be that i have to sell my main residence, move into the buy to let for now and wait until prices match the mortgage outstanding and get shot

    or use the money leftover from the sale value of my house (approx 10k over mortgage oustanding) to pay a whack off the buy to let and sell it. Then its a matter of starting all over again.
