Hi
I am currently splitting up from my wife and I want to know if it is possible for her new boyfriend to replace me on the mortgage. If so, does anybody know what the process is?
Thanks

It has to be done by a solicitor as involves getting title deeds from mortgage provider as well as documents from land registry. It can only be done if the mortgage provider agrees to the transfer. It's not even worth contacting a solicitor until you have had agreement from your lender. Hope this helps.0
