Self Cert Mortgages

Hi
My husband is self employed, and as the housing prices have dropped we can afford to buy. But being newly self employed, high streets dont want to know.
Can anyone advise a self cert mortgage company?

    Best to speak to an independent whole of market broker near to you.

    You are likely to need a deposit of 25% though

    How much deposit do you have saved up and what sort of property values are you looking at?
