I received a telephone call from the Daily Mail to tell me I had won their Mina Competition. I was then contacted 2 weeks ago from Mina and they asked me to create an account with them and then select the items I wanted from their website then place them in the shopping cart, drop them an email and my items would be dispatched.
However I have received no reply and I dropped them a quick email last week to ask when I would receive the goods.
I know I sound really impatient but I have a night out with the girls on Saturday and it would be so good to be looking my best in my new clobber
Faxed them today and clothes are being dispatched tomorrow so hopefully be here for Saturday

I had a similar experience with a website being a bit slow in sorting out my prize and I contacted the folk responsible for the comp ( Daily Mail in your case) and they managed to chase it up for me. If you chose the goods 2 weeks ago I would be hoping for at least confirmation of posting by now.0
