can you reheat bacon??

i have made some jacket potatoes which i have scooped out the insides and mixed with bacon/red onions and cheese and stuffed back in the skins.

can i take these to work to reheat in the microwave tomorrow or will they make me ill?

    They should be fine, just heat them for 3.5 - 4 minutes so that they are piping hot throughout. I've done this plenty of times with things like bacon in pasta sauce and it's been fine!

  • i used to make fry bacon in the mornings then heat in micro at work and stick into a bap... delicious!!!
