Mortgage Advice Needed - Relationship Breakdown

Hi everyone,
I am after some advice please. Anything will be much appreciated.
I split with my girlfriend about 4 months ago and we have a joint mortgage on a house. For the past 4 months she has been living in the house and paying the mortgage.
I have been paying the credit card debts and 2 other personal loans we had and we have split the homeowner loan we have on the house.
Basically I want to know what my options are.
Can I remove my name from the mortagage so she can continue to live there and pay the mortgage? She earns about £14000 a year and the mortgage is about £130,000 so obviously the banks will say she can't afford it.
What happens if I want to sell the house and she doesn't?
Any advice will be much appreciated.
Thanks

The lender will never let her transfer it to her name on that sort of income multiple.
Her best bet would be if she could get someone else to go on it as a joint borrower or as a guarantor.
You both have to be in agreement if the property is to be sold thoughI am a Mortgage adviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
