hi there!
just wanted to let you know that it might be worth trying something that involves resistance with your own body, like pilates mat and ball work. it tends to help with flexibility and is not too strenuous. with regards to diet, don't cut out carbs, and it is generally easier to watch your calorie intake by cooking at home when possible and using healthier methods. you are probably already aware but you can make slight changes to your diet and cut your calorie intake without doing anything dramatic by reducing your portion sizes a little, snacking on healthy foods, increasing fibre and reducing sugar...good luck!!!!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Tesco diets is quite a good one as you can track everything you eat and there are loads of different eating plans to choose from. You can also pay using club card points. Agree about the pool though - you need a combination of diet and exercise. That will bring your BMI down quicker.0

We are all different so this may not work for you, but I am much less hungry during the day if I eat plenty of raw food. Carrots and bananas work well, diced white cabbage is good too and of course apples, pears and celery.
They take a while to eat so I find that by the time I have finished them I am already feeling full.
I haven't eaten a sandwich for months in fact.
Might be worth trying - it won't cost much to give it a go.Student of the science of beauty0
