I have all the ingredients to make Chicken Korma but no single cream as asked for in the recipe.
Can I substitute double thinned with a bit of milk? Or I have got evap...is that any good?

Think either of your suggestions would taste / look fine.
I generally add 0% Total greek yoghurt to HM curries (keeping fat content down), but probably wouldn't be creamy enough for a good Korma.
Good luck - sure it'll be delish anyway.0 -
