sorry to hijack the thread but my question is relevant to topic
i was made bankrupt nearly 3 years ago on an ipa which finishes in april .
i am due a payment of £8k from the csa via a liability order from my ex for non payment of maintenance over the last 12 years are they entitled to take any of this and do i have to declare it ?
