i have been to court today (with Nat West), the judge has said that he will allow forthwith which i think was a stepping stone to a charge on the house.
aparantly this will take 2 months to do and then i have to go to court again.
should i carry on with my plans to go bankrupt and is there enough time to do so. i have filled most of the form out online so it shouldnt take long to finish them.

Yes, go BR ASAP, you're right, they are trying to get a charge on the house.
If you get any forms through from the Land Registry asking if you object there being a CO granted, return it telling them of impeding BR, or if you already are BR by the time you get the forms, amke sure you reply, it's a pain in the rear trying to get CO's removed at a later date.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
ok thanks, i will make sure that i do that and get the br done asap0
