That's the bug lordexavier....the boots system works out when you qualify for the 500 points before it takes off the promotional discount. Hence, you buy two items for £7.99 and still get the 500 points as the total value of your goods before discount is over £15.

Got the 500 extra points on a spend of £13.98 (£17.48 with delivery) after discount but could not get free delivery

I rang boots.com and asked why the free delivery code did not work and the lady apologised and said that she would take the £3.50 delivery cost off manually, we will see

Also can't get on. Must be hundreds of mser's trying! I usually find early morning a good time, as boots site can be slow in the evenings anyway.

Boots message says "thank you for visiting boots but due to us making another error there are currently loads of mser's trying to take adavantage which has caused the site to crash. Please try again later when we have fixed the "glitch" !!!!

:j Yes, just managed to get on - Loads of items sold out but there are a few other offers that count towards the £15 - managed to spend £20 ( worth more) of items and qualify for 1000 points !
