I cant thank you guys enoughmany many thanks once again.

So I take it my OP would need to get the OR involved to persue me in court?

I havent yet sent any evidence of low earnings,but its ready and waiting.

My OP would need to spend over £500 to get me into court and send a rep. for court.My feeling is that he can make money from a newbie BR who has a house or some money he can take back rather than trying to persue me at the fag end of my bankruptcy.

Given the timeline,what would happen next? courts take a week to process any hearing application minimum? and I can imagine its standing room only for the bankruptcy courts given the current climate.
