Kettering Council Tax Payers To Pay For Property Speculation

Just to let anyone in the Kettering Borough Council area know that as from 2009/2010 you'll be paying on average £40 extra (£25 to £80 per year depending on tax band) in community tax to finance some aspiring property developer's daydream. This is on top of the normal rises.

Not sure what can be done about it but I'll sure be going to the council 's town centre shop to air my views.
