Kettering Council Tax Payers To Pay For Property Speculation
Just to let anyone in the Kettering Borough Council area know that as from 2009/2010 you'll be paying on average £40 extra (£25 to £80 per year depending on tax band) in community tax to finance some aspiring property developer's daydream. This is on top of the normal rises.
