What are you claiming at the moment?

What income does she have (including student loans)?

Does she not have a student loan?

Are you claiming conts based JSA or income based JSA?

Do you live together? Do you get any help with housing costs (if you have any)?

JSA is paid for one of two reasons - either you have paid enough NI Contributions, or if not, based on you having a low income.

Did you say that you were living with her when you made the claim? Do you pay rent?

Is she a student at uni or college? Is she entitled to a student loan?

You need to give people chance to answer, and there is no point in bumping the thread when you haven't answered the questions we need to know!
