i have a car, its droping to bits, will not get through next MOT.
my proposed job is a mobile carer, i queryed this, they will give me an allowance toward a car but will not specify,
does anyone no how much it will be
my hubbys sister works for DWP and apparantly there are a certain group getting this all the time
thanks

The Midlands covers a large area, but I can confirm that for my part of the Midlands that is utter tosh.
I have no idea why you have mentioned that you are 'white born England'.Gone ... or have I?0 -
It sounds like you're talking about people claiming DLA mobility allowance, they can either have a weekly benefit payment or a mobility car which is paid for instead of benefits, the DWP won't help you with a car."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0

what utter rubbish is put on this site......DWP will not pay for a car for some one to start a job....I work as Lone Parent adviser & we have a very budget to help people into work but this is one thing we would never consider!
As for the car dealer friend thing he's got his wires crossed or david69 is just trying to stir it up!0
