Woolwich tracker

This has probably been mentioned before, but being naive i expected the bank to automatically reduce my payments, i called the woolwich today and found out that, even though i am on a tracker, i needed to call them to have my mortgage payments reduced, result payment reduced from over 900 a month to just over 650 a month.
I might be the only one unaware of this, but if not, i hope it helps others.

been mentioned quite alot over the past few months, If you can afford the £900 i would leave and overpay the debt. If not you do need to call them as they only review once a year.
