Ha Ha..The point being they didn't pay for the useage. It was for the music behind the jingle to brand the station, not the words themselves.Same as for any advertising music.I guess it was so bad they had use it for over 16 years, times say, half a dozen plays per day.It also included themes and idents for their News,Sports, and other important programme segments.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Surely the PRS would have some idea of the dates?0

They wouldn't be covered by PRS as they are based in Donegal.0

There's an Irish equivalent. Can't remember the name of it though...0

The're called IMRO in the South, (Irish Music Rights Organisation) who are the equivalent of PRS in the UK.IMRO have looked into this for me,but are just not getting any info from the station.I'm trying to find if anyone can recall when approx they last heard this to at least give me a track to run on.Any help from Derry listeners or similar would be much appreciated.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
