Im worried now

I have always just managed to rob peter to pay paul with my repayments on my debt however the past 6 months income has been shrinking and no credit left to juggle

Im at least 3 months behind on payments and struggled the past 6 months and income is getting worse

Will the judge think i havent struggled for long enough

Don't panic, there are people who have never missed a payment who go BR. iF YOU ARE INSOLVENT THEN YOU ARE INSOLVENT (oops! sorry caps) that is all the judge is looking at.

Im really very very worried now

I cant afford to pay my debt,Income is shrinking,and i just know im going to be taken to court by a few creditors

When is your BR date?

If you get a letter threatening a CCJ then post on here and we will help you or/and ring Ntional Debtline.

I can have a BR date next week but putting it off as scared

If it will give you a better life then don't be afraid. Can you imagine being able to pick up the phone again and not being frightened to open your post. Having money to spend on food and housekeeping. Not robbing Peter to pay Paul.
