I bought one of the 42" Samsung when they were on offer just before xmas. TV is great. Littlewoods direct an absolute nightmare !! TV came faulty..... when i tried to exchange it and they were out of stock it was a case of " Oh just send it back and we'll refund you "... after having a very negative customer service guy on the phone i gave up. But there are ways and means of skinning a cat ;-) and now i have the newer model ;-) for the same price.

So that is the last time i deal with Littlewoods direct..

at least you got a refund, and with that refund went on to buy a better telly!

had you bought from currys/pcworld you wouldnt have got a refund end of!

they would have probably sent an engineer round (an incompetent one) to fix the problem, who you'd have waited for up to a couple of days. or take the telly away for repairs and you would be without a telly for a couple of weeks.

Littlewoods direct are prob one of the best companys iv had a shopping experience with, and i have bought many things from them, high value and others.
