9ct Gold Heart Pendant Competition Terms and Conditions

• The prize draw is run by H.Samuel Ltd registered office: 15 Golden Square, London, W1F 9JG (the "Promoter").
• Participants must subscribe to the newsletter of H.Samuel Ltd in order to enter the prize draw.
• The prize will consist of a 9ct gold heart pendant.
• The prize draw closes at midnight Saturday 14 February 2009.
• One winner will be drawn at random within 10 days of the closing date and will be notified by email within 28 days.
• The Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that it is reasonably believed that the winner is in breach of these terms and conditions.
• The date on which the winner may claim the Prize (the "Claim Date") shall not be more than 14 days after the notification email.
• If the winner fails to respond within this time the Promoter may draw a different winner.
• The Prize is subject to availability. Delivery of the Prize will be within 3 months of the Claim Date.
• There are no cash alternatives and the Prize is non transferable.
• Only one entry is permitted per person and per email address.
• By entering the prize draw, participants agree:
  (a) to be bound by these terms and conditions;
  (b) that Signet may contact them on the details provided with further information about its products and services;
  (c) that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win the Prize;
