Self Assessment - Underpaid Tax on PAYE Coding Help

Hi all

I have been doing my SA as have property rental income. They ask re underpaid tax from PAYE coding notice. I had about £499 on the last PAYE coding for 07/08. Do I need to add this on, shouldnt it be incorporated in my current code ? As this is increasing my tax bill by this amount.

My final tax code on P60 was K192 - Income 33750, Benefits 6118 and tax paid 7729.
My tax code for 08/09 is now 516T including benefits of 744 and unpaid tax of £25.72, therefore total deduction of £872.

Any advise would be wonderful. As I dont want to pay almost another £500 to the taxman !!
We got married 17th April 2010 !! A wonderful day with my wonderful husband !! :T
